The Spray Tan Cubicle Company Ltd trading as Sienna X ("Sienna X", "we", "us" or "our")

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website by consumers. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

While we will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, we shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, ingredient listings and product information are accurate.

However, colours, packaging, artwork and product appearance may vary from images shown on the website.

Sienna X reserves the right to update formulations, ingredients, packaging, artwork, labelling, pack sizes and product specifications without notice.

Existing and updated packaging may coexist during transition periods.

  1. PRODUCT PERFORMANCE

Results may vary according to skin type, skin condition, preparation, application technique, aftercare, lifestyle, medication and other factors outside our control.

Any photographs, testimonials, demonstrations or marketing materials are provided for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee specific results.

We recommend patch testing and following all product instructions before use. Failure to follow product instructions may affect product performance and may impact the assessment of certain product-related claims.

  1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  1. RETURNS

If you change your mind, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods must be unused, unopened and in a resaleable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

  1. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where goods are confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sienna X shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All trademarks, logos, product names, images, videos, website content and other intellectual property displayed on this website remain the property of Sienna X or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Any personal information supplied through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the date of your order will apply to that purchase.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
