We aim to process all orders the same day if placed before 3 pm GMT; however, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Responsibility & Safe Places
Once your order has left our warehouse, it will be handled by one of our delivery partners, such as Royal Mail or DPD.
Depending on the courier and delivery service, your parcel may be delivered directly to your address, left with a neighbour, or left in a safe place.
Please make sure your delivery address and any safe place instructions are accurate and secure before placing your order.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, with proof of delivery where available, the delivery is considered complete. Sienna X is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your tracking information, safe place, household members and neighbours first. You may also need to contact the courier directly using your tracking details.
